The Tech Forwards program was established by the IT team across a number of schools in the greater Blue Mountains area to:
Repurpose old hardware in a cost-effective, responsible manner.
Provide a ministry opportunity for tech-savvy members of the community.
Bless missions, Churches, Schools and families with technology at low or zero cost.
From this site you can:
Browse and request to purchase old IT equipment, including iPads, laptops, screens, and enterprise/business equipment.
Browse and request to purchase or receive school Chromebooks offered by other families who no longer need them.
Offer to sponsor equipment for a mission, church or family.

While the primary focus is to distribute equipment for the purposes of Christian mission and supporting families, we will consider any request.
Why is there a cost if the initiative is for charitable purposes?
Why is there a cost if the initiative is for charitable purposes?
In order to support the project, a considerable amount of time and resources goes into tracking, storing and preparing equipment, and generally coordinating the initiative.
